Supplytronics communication was excellent, I had an issue with ordering and Supplytronics was quick to respond and has done everything they said they would do. Now for the phone, the Iphone 12 arrived just as advertised, after opening the box the phone at first look appeared brand new. After inspecting, the screen was perfect and the body had a couple very very small nicks that the case will cover. The phone powered on and has worked perfectly with 99% Battery life. So far, great purchase!

Good refurbished iphones, the battery isn’t original so the device keeps up reminding you that, besides that concern the product it’s alright, and the seller has really good communication and options, they didn’t even ask anything and offer a full refund after the return of the items, that speaks for themselves in a really good way.

Item delivered on time. Phone is clean, works well and is in fact, in Very Good Condition as advertised. Had a couple of questions that customer service responded to very quickly by email. Overall, very satisfied with my purchase for the price I paid. The only negative issue was the packaging used for shipping, not real substantial for a delicate item like an iPhone but at any rate, no damage that I could see.
I think it was a good buy and still have over a month to return the item if necessary
